Living in Balance provides mentorship, community, and tools to help you combine vision with execution, strategy with empathy, and build the confidence and freedom to move strategically through your company or across your industry
on your own terms.

As with any new program, we know you might have questions. Here you’ll find answers to some of the most common ones to help you get a clear sense of what to expect.

  • This program is specifically designed for women pursuing advancement within the corporate world. You do not need to own your own business β€” in fact, we have separate programs tailored for entrepreneurs. The Intrapreneur program is built for women with corporate aspirations who want to rise, influence, and lead from within their organizations.

  • The initial program runs for 12 months. After completion, you’ll have the opportunity to continue your growth through advanced programs within the Living in Balance space.

  • Each month includes two scheduled 2-hour group mentorship calls. In addition, you’ll be personally matched with a small group of aligned mentors who come alongside and support you between group sessions, ensuring guidance that’s both collective and individual.
